Jack's (busy) weekend

Jack had a fun-filled weekend to top off his fun-filled week spent with G'mom and G'dad camping at the beach. When I went to work, G'dad met me and picked up Jack and off he went to spend his days lounging in the sun with G'mom (only it was cloudy this week).

On Friday, Jack had breakfast with Aunt Diane at Mimi's. Instead of eating the delicious Cheerios set in front of him, he ate his toy. For some reason, Cheerios are the one thing Jack won't put in his mouth. Go figure. He also lasted a whole 5 minutes in the highchair (he does much better at home).

On Saturday, Jack & Co. went back to the beach for his friend Ethan's birthday party. He loved the water table and would play in it as long as we held him up (note to self - buy one next time at Target).

To top things off, we had lunch Sunday with Jack's future prom date Elizabeth and her parents. This time, he lasted about 12 minutes in the highchair (way to go Buddy!).

All in all, a great weekend with lots to do and (knock on wood) a few nights of sleep.
