Thomas vs. Cookie

You know it's a slow day in Parenthood when the toys start providing more entertainment than, well, the dogs. The curiosity was apparently too much for us to take, so we had to ask, "In a funny car race down the hallway, who's faster? New School Thomas the Tank Engine (purchased at Ross two days ago) or Old School Cookie Monster (inherited from one of Jack's cousins making him about 8 years old). The are both self-propelling toys that, when you push either a.) the driver on Thomas or b.) the grey thingy on Cookie, the cars take off by themselves. Well folks, Thomas is faster off the line, but in the end, Cookie beat the crap out of him by going faster and longer.

Old School, baby. That's how we roll.
